11 things to be happie about:




1. i paid 70% attention to every tutorial and lecture. i used to have only 40% concentration in poly. Perhaps becos i dont have WSJ to talk to in lectures anymore.
WSJ meaning Wen King, Joanne and Si Ting. hahas. i feel so bored that i listen to my lessons.



2. i'm not so blur in directions anymore.




3. i got 1 tuition job already.




4. Found 2 classmates who speaks Chinese. Carine and Jun Wen. Decided to stick to them 4eva.






5. i got myself busy now. Got 3 part time jobs!




6. i attempt 2 tutorial questions before i doze off at some nights. Hey, 2 is better than nothing.




7. My friends help advertise my blog shop. Some buy from me. Touched and happy that things are going smoothly. My parents were so worried that my business will fail someday and i will hang myself. hahas.






8. i got to be less stressed as my driving lessons are only resumed during my sch hols.



9. My tests are spread out, they don't fall all on a week.




10. Wei Der for supporting me in the things i do and aid me in things i dunno.




11. i get to rent a push cart store around Bugis to sell my clothes with very low rental fee. i will do it during my sch hols. EXCITED* i dont mind standing by my store for 12 hrs to sell my own things.









i am such a sleepy head. i slept all the way to Boon Lay but didn't wake up. A kind hearted girl touched me and a sudden static electricity rushed through me. i opened my eyes big big and stared blankly. When i regained my senses, ialighted the train. Didnt thank her as i was too surprised. OH MY, I AM A PAISEH PERSON.











Just had my 1st tuition lesson with a Primary 5 girl. She is a mixed blood. her mum is a Malay but her dad is is a Chinese. She looks like a Malay but she got a Chinese name.





I teach English, Maths and Science (EMS). ESS teaches EMS. HAHAs. Suits my name.









OH NO! Pri 5 maths kept me perspiring through the 1 and half hr. i got 2 out of 10 questions that i'm super unsure of. Drawing models make my heart beat faster. hahas.






Here is one question that i cant figure out:

There are 16 fewer red buttons than green buttons. There are 16 more purple buttons than green buttons. There are a total of 108 buttons altogether. How many buttons of each colour are there?

108 -16 = 92


3 units = 92
1 unit = 30 R 2

How can there be remainder? i tried thinking.. and thinking.. but.. i really dunno how to attempt it..










Almost died after the lesson. It was more stressful than solving my Eng Maths problems. HAHAs. i better stay in Popular on a sat to solve some maths problems in Pri 5 asessments. Sounds so pathetic. A 20 yr old reading an 11 year old's book.

Oh wows! All of them are so sportaneous. Everyone seemed to love to dance. Terribly loves the night out with them!




They are a great company to club with! And i realised that i find alcohol drinks taste better for me now. They used to taste so awful.

24th Aug -

Went for k lunch with my cousin. I didn't know it only cost $10+++ to sing on weekdays. Somemore jap food is provided too!

It's from 11am to 2pm on weekdays. 4 hrs for just $13. Singing can be cheap, just that u need to come at an ulu time.

I ate Apple Cinamon and Mint Dark Chocolate with Wei Der. The apple cinamon is too sweet while the mint dark chocolate tasted sOoo nice!










U guys shld try some day. My cousin said that there will be 2 quenes. 1 for people buying 1 or 2 donuts. The other for people buying boxes. Do join the 1st quene and slowly try all the flavours! You're going to love them.



The rest i left to my family. i feel so generous! hahas.

i got really scared by the jc students in my class. They did every tutorial and didn't get enough sleep because of it. They are extremely motivated!









So due to peer pressure...

i have started to study some lecture notes and try to do some tutorial questions and my tests are 3 weeks later. Usually i will doze off while reading them.











i skipped work that sunday as my leg still hurts and wanted to spend the day studying. But i slept and slept and slept. i only read 5 pages by evening time. That night wei der took me out for prata as i was really bored. hahas.






That is the difference between jc and poly students.








Somebody, pls tell me that i need to have the sense of urgency to study. No more room for last min study anymore.












21st August -

Watched 'Secret' with Ling. It is directed by Jay Chou himself. Oh wow! Rather boring in the beginning. Got so tired in my seat.








Luckily there was a twist midway through the movie. i wanted to rate it 2.5/5 but due to this twist, i will give it a 3/5.






Touching.. but i still think that even in romance movies, humour is needed too. Or else it will be quite boring. hahas.












Lastly, i thank my younger bro for recommending my blog shop to his frens. i will be clinching a few more deals soon.

17th Aug-

Bourne marathon with wei der.

It was a worthwhile experience as the 3 series need to be combined and installed into your memory before u digest them. i finally understood the story in the 3rd series.

The main lead, Jason Bourne is a very intelligent guy. Intelligent story plot.

As there were free flow of drinks and popcorn, i had them for dinner for the 6 hrs of sticking my butt onto the cinema seat. This is the 1st time i finished a drink and a box of popcorn all by myself.

About half of the audience were Ang Mohs. Wei Der said Ang Mohs are more enduring towards long hrs of show. IS that really true?

And during the 1st series, this ang moh sitting beside wei der was playing with his gf's feet. There was an unbearable smell throughout the whole 2 hrs. Wei Der was so so angry. i heard complaints, complaints and MORE complaints from him. Luckily that Ang Moh stopped after the break in the 2nd series. PHEW~

By the 3rd series, i became so tired that my heart was racing so fast. But i managed to endure till the end of the marathon. The interesting story kept me going. :)

Many popcorns were thrown all over the cinema at the end of the movie. Inconsiderable people. sianz..

18th Aug-

I finally consulted a doctor after i finished work.

My colleagues were scared by my swollen leg and they kept scaring me.

One said my leg may be amputated one day if i am still so stubborn and not take care of myself.
Another one want to tell me the story of a young girl selling tissues in Tanjong Pagar.
The rest scolded me for having time to watch movie marathon but haven got time to see a doctor.

The doctor massaged my leg till i burst into tears. HURTS*

He said he neber seen someone so young with serious leg joint problems. He tinks that standing and walking long hours at work has affected me. He also said if i didnt take care of my legs now, i will be wheelchair bound when i am old. OH MY. He has disallowed my waitressing job.

But Wei Der tinks that the doctor is a big canon. HAHA

i felt so scared that day and cried all my way back home.

I promised Bi Er and Michelle that i will see a doctor regarding my swollen leg. But i didn't as i was too lazy. Now i know why i was nicknamed 'ESS' by my new frens.




ESS meaning Eat Shit Sleep. HAHA.

But i can be Ting's sis too. Eng Si Shi. HAHA. Ignore me!








I decided to book my next driving test date late dec. Decided to give myself lesser stress during sch days. Dec is my sch hols. :)













My imported goods just reached my house yest! i was so so excited about it. So glad that all of them are in good condition.





Actually they have reached long ago on 31st July. A postman came knocking on my door on 1st Aug but no one was at home. He left behind a note wanting me to collect it at Serangoon Central post office, but think my mum threw it away.



So.. i waited.. and waited..







Till wei der called Sing Post and found out the truth. hahas! My poor goods were left in the post office for 15 days! OH MY!






I ordered 30+ plus. 13 designs. Pls bear with the few designs till the next batch comes.

I took pains deleting 1000+ msgs from my phone and finally it wont be so laggy anymore. Felt a sense of achievement.










Oh ya..







When u see a girl who looked super lost in a certain level in a certain building of NTU, pls dont come forward and offer to help her. Just let her read her campus map alone. HAHAs. i got offered help twice and twice i walked from one end to another but still can't find the place.

That very day, i thought i lost another 200g after school. i forgot my belt and my jeans kept wanting to drop on my way home. i began storing all my fats around my hips to make me walk home without any embarrassment.

Had a fall yest again. 3rd time this year. SWAY.

1st one got me a present: baluku on my head

2nd one got Ting and Yi Yan laughing all the way home. That wasn't a serious fall, just that i was talking to Ting when the train suddenly braked.

3rd one got my both legs swollen. And got Bi Er so worried. i didnt see the kerb and fall onto the car park. :(

Oh Dear God, i dont mind being a sotong all my life. But pls install an alarm system into my empty brain to alert me about dangers around me. PRETTY PLS.

And if ever there's a next life, pls make me a more alert and smarter ang moh. HAHAs. I am getting greedy.

13th Aug--

Went out with joe and Ling!

We watched the Simpsons together. i cant remb which min i didnt laugh in the cinema.

Had dinner at 'Changing Appetites' in Marina Square.

Its colorful menu caught my attention. Almost brought it home.

Now i know why some of my friends live in hostels.




I love to travel all the way to Boon Lay. But pls give me a place to sit. During peak hours, i had to stand in the train till i reach Boon Lay. That was the 2nd xiong-est thing for me to go to school.





One day i shall stuff my pillow underneath my blouse and hope for someone who give up his/her seat for me. hahas.





The 1st xiong-est thing was losing my way in school and feel helpless.











And the 3rd one was to speak English.



My new found fren, Michelle, was a JC student. 3 days of school and i neber hear her speak a word of Chinese. She can listen but she wont reply with Chinese. She feels insecure speaking it.






Luckily previous poly and work experiences have made me less shy to speaking the unfamiliar ulu language. Still i have to thank her for being patient with my English. HAHAS










i told wei der that she may not be my next best fren because of our language barrier. But he said i shouldnt let the barrier affect us. Well.. i try...









I'm going to have a movie marathon with wei der next fri.






Borne Marathon. I didnt know wat its content is and actually believe it when he told me that it was a story about how lesbian become gays and gays become lesbians. HAHAHA.


Nahs. it was a story about a hero.. Some action movie. It contains 3 series.




We will be sitting there from 7pm to 1 15am. Oh wows 6 hrs 15mins!
$32 per person & free flow of drinks & popcorns.






This is my first time to a long long long movie. Looking forward to it!

Wei der dont really allow me to eat sotongs as i will become blurer. But i love them!!
