Oh No! i discovered that my NTU Engineering Maths course lecturer look like Chen Jian Bing!













Ting and i secretly took photos of him in the lecture hall. But he was moving around and we can't get a photo of him looking at our camera phones.

I haven got off days since 31st june. A straight 9 day work:

And ya..

I will be leaving Pasta Mania by mid August. Maybe will just go help out once in a while or during school hols.

Decided to follow Shellen's footsteps into giving tuition to primary school kids. Wei Der has gotten an Agency's number for me.

I added a link into wei der's blog shop to sell off the tops that i wore once or twice and don't like them anymore. Got my 1st top swapped with another blog shop owner.

Although i am not totally into exchanging it with her, but i just need to earn an experience.

Cos...

i will be adding another link in our blog site in few mths' time. I will order clothes from Taiwan and sell them online.

Wei Der was initially worried but now he is very supportive. He is my major shareholder now. He just need to fork out some capital for me and i will do the rest. He is a perfect gift from God to me.

Will share my profit with him as well. Totally excited about it.

While waiting to save enough $ to order clothes overseas, i will get myself a credit card in UOB bank. UOB only needs me to have $100 in the bank before i can get a credit card. And i will install a Chinese software to email the Taiwanese.

Last few weeks i did my homework. I browsed through many online shops. Got some ideas from popular blog shops!

Taurus don't like to take risks, but i shall make an exception this time. Alot of people work happily because they work according to their interest. My interest is clothes! If i can, i would design some tees and sell them too.

i promise u girls that i will work hard. Do support me! :)

7th july -

Seems like alot of couples got hitched on 7th july 2007. Wei Der's fren is one of them. That was the 1st Malay wedding i went to.

It was held in Eunos Cresent. And on our way there we saw 3 wedding cars! 07/07/07 is a good day for marriage!

i zoomed on them as i was too shy to get near to them to take their photo.

And i pierced my 3rd ear hole on my left ear already!

Sorry Ying and Ling, i wanted to pierce 2 more on both sides. But I am scared of piecing both at a go. So decided to pierce 1 first then i go pierce the other with u both. pls forgive me!

Wei der promised me that he will pierce one with me. Once we reached Junction 8, he backed out. i was also getting cold feet. i wanted to back out once i reach 77th Street but he dragged me in. i was left with no choice!

While she is preparing the gun, my heart was beating so hard that i could hear it. She shot the stud into my ear and caught me by surprise. And hey.. it wasn't painful.. Not as painful as the pain i had during Sec 4.

the sensation stopped very soon. HAPpie. I overcome my fear and shall pierce 2 more next time!

5th july -

Work fills the week. No off days.









Mon, wed & fri i worked in the morning and go night classes at NTU in the evening. It was a torture during classes. I fell asleep sometimes. Other times i spent my time counting the other students and observing them.











Out of the few thousands students that were offered the night classes, only 56 responded and i am 1 of them. Out of the 56 students, 8 are girls, 48 are guys.









i spent 2 out of 9 lessons day dreaming. OH NO! Got to buck up next 7 lessons. If not i will waste my mum's $360 course fee.









There were refreshments provided and luckily i attended the class with Ting and Shin Yi. If not, i will be too shy to eat alone!











SO exhausted that i use my conditioner to wash my face and my facial foam to brush my teeth before i slept. :(












Wei der has to meet Ling Hui for me twice as i was practically too busy. my poor dear has to go all the way to Bugis just to meet her and go all the way back home. I promised to treat him to nice food one day.















Watched 'Transformers'.
Nice storyline. Nice graphics. Understandable. Nice humour. Nice music. Somemore $8 for a 2hr 43mins show.













i'll give it a perfect score. 5/5. Especially touching in the end. The good robots are cute. A movie that i'll surely buy for my collection if i become a rich tai tai one day.

Had dinner with wei der at Cathays basement. We had food from Quick Bites. Their food are something like Tori Q. Due to the limited tables, we sat along the small pond.

I was shopping around town and this guy who was distributing a pack of something. When i got nearer to him, he gave it to me too.

Then he muttered to me, "Hey, u will need this." then i stared at him with wide-open eyes. That kind of what do you mean look. hehes.

The huge mountain of Alfredo Loy has cooked for me.












Boon always put black pepper on my pastas.
Zui always decorates my pizzas.
Dwayne put less garlic and less pastas for me.
Willy upsize my pastas.
(I only mention guys becos all cooks are guys)












Now Loy.... UP UP SIZE my pasta due to his hatred for me. hahas.
BUT Boss came shortly after that. SWAY

















Being such a caring colleague, i was afraid that boss will scold him for cooking more than required. So i swallowed half of the pasta with as few gulps as possible. Nearly vomited.



Hao Ren Nan Zuo (hard to be good people)

He tried his creativity by trying to put a meatball on top of the hill of the Chicken Sausage the next day. But got scolded badly by the senior cooks. HAHAs.

Moral of the story: If u r a newbie, don't perform stunts before u become an old bird.

28th june---

It was 5 mins before we close. 10 40pm. There were only 1 group of 4 frenz left in the outlet.











Then..

2 girls approached me for a favour. i have to act a tiny role in one of the girls' project. She explained that her project was about taking artistic photographs of scenes from a movie and then write the storyline down as reference to the photos.





She chose the movie 'My Sassy Girl' and PastaMania as her movie background.











She also said that she had to hand in the next day. Being such a kind soul.. and so weak hearted... i agreed. Okie, they were sincere too. HAHA.












She is studying mass comp in Temasek Poly. My junior.
Why her project is so much more interesting than bioengineering projects? NOT FAIR SEHS
















The word 'sway' kept filling my mind when i agreed. i was thinking, "WHY DID I HAPPEN TO WORK THAT NIGHT??"






it's like we already don't have service charge. And my mind was halfway gone home.













They told me to change out of my uniform and i did.

















i felt myself blushed when i had to hug one of the girls Hui Min when our photos were taken. She was laughing when she said she felt like a lesbian. I reeked of pasta and hoped that she didnt smell me when she hugged me tight.














Then i had to place my hands onto their guy friend's face and squeezed his face, then shaked his face. i was so 'tall' that i nearly tip toe to reach his face. Luckily i don't have to look into his eyes to have our photos taken.












i had to look shocked in one of the photos too. Something which i personally not good at.







Boss and lady boss was not very happy about it and kept hurrying them. They didn't want me to go home too late.













i thought that i looked super unnatural in the photos. Glad that they didnt show me these photos or i will definitely think i look weird in every photo.












i immediately regretted on my way home. Imagine she has to present to her whole class using the photos. Faints at the thought*

i'm back to driving lesson on 26th june! Nearly forgot how to adjust my seat and release my hand brake after 1 mth + of slacking.








My instructor drove me to the Traffic Police Head Quarters to renew my Provisional Driving License. Outside the Head quarters, it works just like the airport. Police checking my bag and
me. Again the sensor sounded becos of my metallic belt.












He let me warmed up before i finally got used to the car again. Hey i still remb how to drive. hahas.

Plaza Sing basement 2 is now presenting a whole new look. There are newly renovated food stalls.

And my boss has newly opened a Nasi Lemak stall in that area too. One of our staff has gone there to help out.

We've been super busy ever since most stalls closed down few weeks ago for renovation.

Now we've been catching flies since :

Pizza Hut officially opened after renovation,

Tomato Express newly opened (it sells pasta too) and give set lunch and dinner promotions..

and all the other food stalls opened too.

Time passes slowly at work.. Yawns..

And ya...

Hong Kong cafe is replacing StarHub soon. It is opening opposite Pastamania. :)
