I feel kind of afraid of heights once i am in there. Was breaking out in cold sweat.
Felt almost falling down the escalator and from the ledge all the time. This photo totally describes my feelings for that moment.
And did i say?
I was so paranoid in the plane. Just keep having this feeling that my plane will explode or sth! Having some mental stress in the plane. lols! The aftermath of watching too many disastrous movies. It's taxing on the mind u see.
I looked at the roof thinking it is so far, and my imagination ran wild. lols. I was thinking what will it be like to fall down from the 101th storey.
Of cos, the shops in 101 were not affordable. He said the best he could do was to pretend that we went into T & C! Thus, he took a photo of me beside the photo of the diamond. lols.
Us on the 5th storey i tink. It's like a small garden with a small maze within it. Creative.
Due to my sudden paranoidal attack, i realised that my heart may not be able to take the lift that will go up 101 storeys. Ears will get blocked and i think i will faint halfway taking the lift. Somemore spending SGD25 to look down from the 101th storey didnt seem like a very good idea. Luckily, simba went up before during his last trip to Taipei. He didnt mind not going up this time round. He said we could buy more clothes saving this $25. So nice!
The observatory gift shop.
Sorry guys, i made the 101 seem so petrifying. lols!
I just couldnt calm down. I am such a weird person i know. Nan de come Taipei 101 never go up the 101th storey. The heart attack just hit me at the wrong time. Promise that the next time i come i will go up ks!
We walked and walked, wanting to go the SOGO dept store.
Passed by this very old building!
We realised the bus stopped at each mrt station. We got down at the stop after we saw the big SOGO Dept Store. We passed by the Ding Hao market and i wanna take a look. However, we walked the wrong direction and ended up walking to another station, Zhong Xiao Xin Sheng. lols!
The bus ride was bumpy and i was so scared that the bus may hit onto the bus in front. It was initially crowded and we were standing. I held on tightly to the pole. I rushed to take a seat after people alighted from the bus. It was such a fright afternoon.
I bought a super nice coffee and i will remember the taste for life! It only costs TWD39 (SGD1+). I will definitely look out for it the next time i go.
We saw quite a couple of drinks. So spoilt for choices! We tried our luck and got lucky. The drinks were so nice. But the food we chose so far were ... .... ......

I kept asking simba to take photos with everything. He was so nice to be so sportaneous!

That's how the 1,500 photos came about for the 6 days trip. :) We took 4 fully charged batts along with 2 cameras out with us everyday.
We took a stop back to Zhong Xiao Fu Xing and went into SOGO.
I really like this Minute Maid advert! SO cute!
We only went in and took a quick walk around, and ...
Yes we are on our way to our next destination. WU FEN PU! I am really excited abt it. :)
Simba laughs whenever i pronounce the station name.
It was supposed to be 'Hou4 Shan1 Pi1' but i read it as 'Hou4 Shan1 Pi2'. The han yu pin yin didnt specify which sound, and i was too lazy to read the chinese characters so i made it my pronouncation.
On our way to..
Wu Fen Pu
Wu Fen Pu
Didnt really mind since i'm not really hungry and the food always didnt suit my taste. Kind of plain. Maybe cos the taiwanese are healthy people.
We didnt eat much during our 6 days there. I always cant get used to the food overseas. And somemore all the meals we had were too too plain for us. Not sweet enough, not salty enough.. not spicy enough..
Simba loves it.
He said the last time he went there, he ate this everyday. lols.
I agreed that this is the most eatable food there. lols!
Felt so amazed by the tons of shops. My eyes brightened at the sight of the shops all down the street. I was always on a lookout for every nice thing! Was like a wild animal roaming excitedly!
Simba thought that the tissue-biting giraffe was crazily cute. thus, i took a photo for him to remember.
We were walking to Rao He Night Market and passed by Song Shan Railway Station.
One salesgirl at Wu Fen Pu told us to go to the Railway Station and follow the road signs from there! She said "huo che zhan". And we thought she meant "jie yun (mrt)" instead. We walked all the way back to Hou Shan Pi station and realised we went the wrong way. On our way, a Taiwanese asked us on the directions to the mrt! And we showed her the way, LOLS! We are so local!
It was already 10 plus at night when we reached Rao He Night Market. My legs were breaking.
Simba was really exhausted and didnt talk or sing a single word. I was getting quite worried. I suggested to have a Mango Showshake so that we could sit by the stall and rest. He was stunned by the BIG dessert served to others and didnt want to have it since we would not be able to finish it.
Finally, we decided to have fruit juices and simba cheered up. lols. I really like my watermelon milkshake. SO NICE!
Then finally when we reached the end of the market, simba asked why i didnt eat. It has turned cold and i had no choice but to close my eyes and had a calm feeling before i started to have my first bite. It wasnt as bad as i think. It just tasted like a normal fishball. i made an awful expression to trick simba! This is to punish him for insisting that i shld try first! I could imagine if next time we were sent before the king to drink the poison, he would surely ask me to drink first. LOLS. Simba was having second thoughts about eating before i stuffed it into his mouth. Never offend a woman! ZHUI DU NU REN XIN!
