i had PMS.. now it's leading to slight depression.. feeling low.. dont feel like talking nor feel like doing anything.. and most importantly i feel hurt all the time.. every breath i take now is painful.. it's affecting mi alot.. maybe i shld see a doctor.. :(

i read this from Cle0.. "the 3-C friends you need to manage"

1. The Competitor
She's always comparing herself to you - and trying to outdo you. it's as if she's made it her life's mission to be the better woman. When you do outshine her, she sulks and stays away from you until she finds something else for you two to compete for.

handle her: if she''s compeititive in a particular area, like career for instance. Keep your chats with her free of job-related topics. When she gets too compeitive, say something like "ok! You win" sand see if she'll back off. If you feel she's tearing your self-esteem to bits, ask yourself if the friendship is worth the abuse.

2. The Copycat
From sportng the same hairstyle to buying the same limited-edition t-shirt, this girl will do anything to become your twin. When it's time for you both to get a job or book a holiday, she'll insist you make the same choices as her. If you don't, she's offended and stomps off in anger.

Handle her: imitation may be the best from form of flattery but if your friend is cramping your style, it's time to take action. Outright rejection of her demands to follow her choices will only lower her self-esteem and lead to her copying you more. Instead, direct her attention to her unique assets. "This colour is perfect on your skin tone. It doesn't work well on me. Lucky you."

3. Cry baby
This emotional leech has a crisis every time she meets you. From a new pet that won't behave to her workaholic boyfriend, it's always the world against her. Besides exhausting your supply of Kleenex, she asks for too much help and attention at the most in appropriate times, like when you're on a hot date.

Handle her: Ever wonder why she only calls you and not other friends? that's because you're the only one who gives a damn. Barring life-threatening situations, you have to learn how to give lukewarm responses to outbursts like "My manicurist has left town!" f you don't have the heart to turn her away, book yourself a 2 months holiday and leave your phone behind!
