The make up artist made me had blue eyelashes and blue eyeshadow to match my blue eyes!








After all the make up and hair styling, we went to Joanne's house to touch up before her dad drove us to the dinner. ALL MY GIRLS LOOK STUNNING! HEHES.









i am quite contented with my overall look, at least i don't feel uncomfortable. But i have the feeling of looking like the 'da jie da' in Shang Hai Tan. i also had comments of looking like a hostess! DIAOS.

It was an enjoyable dinner. A few performances and some slideshows. My photos were in some and they were 'OH MY GOSH'! these slideshows were downloaded into CDs and given to us as doorgift. oh pig, that means my stupid photos will be there for life! And i realised that most of us have gradually changed. We have all grown up to look like adults! HAHA







Wei Jian gave every girl a long stalk of rose while performing!






Ting made a photo album of a collection of our whole class' photos as a gift to our Care Person (in sec sch terms, it is called 'form teacher'). It is very creative and thoughtful of her!! ah ya. Forgot to take photo of the album. SHITs

After the dinner has ended, we went party world ktv in the HSBC building. It is the 1st time all my classmates agreed to going to ktv. 1st time after all the 3 years together!!






And it is after 3 years i realised that practically all of them can sing well. And also the fact that Ezra knew how to sing old chinese songs~






but.. they were quite shy to sing loudly with the mike. SO... cos of enough practice in K Box, i am quite thick-skinned. i sang loudly and awfully but i knew my frens won't mind. HAHAS. $24 per person for a friday night. erms.. ok lahs.. hehes..








We sang till 4am in the morning. And samuel drove me home. i had saved around $25 for not taking cab to the hotel and back home! That was the happiest part! hehes.











And after i reached home, i took off all the pins pinned on my hair previously. There were 18 pins! TIGHT AND PAINFUL while the hair stylist pinned my hair but i ENDURE. and i love its outcome toO!

That was my messy hair after i reached home. and see my eyes? they are blue! And my choker slipped into my collar bone. A little weird though.

Wei Der dyed his hair red! my GOSH.. that was super red. mY mum said he looked like a star. So he got proud and asked me to take photo with him in my room. DOTS! that was after i bathed and my hair is still wet!

I have sinned at work! i called a girl who looked like a guy "SIR". i didn't know she is a girl until she looked at me. SO SOTONG SEHS









i saw zhi yang at my workplace! u know the campus superstar champion. He talked to me in Chinese, asked me about the soup of the day etc etc, very polite and friendly i shld say.. hehes.

i hAve applied for autO Roam. YeS! So u all can contact me while i am in Thailand. But it is quite troublesome. My mum has to follow me to HellO shop at Seng Kang to get it done. tOo bAd i am less than 21. hehes.

We waited almost an hour in the shop. We were quite hungry so i wanted to treat my mum to Delifrance while waiting. But the moment i told her the price, she would rather be hungry. So i bought a 2-pc chicken meal instead. And i realised that she could eat alot if i treat her to lunch. She ate the 2-pc chicken and 1 full bowl of fish ball noodles!



















Received my all semesters exam transcipt by mail. bei bian le! shouldn't have printed it in the first place. it costs $10 for a few papers lehs.. faints~




















Then i wanted to let my mum see my results. But she pushed them away as she was doing something else. then she forgot. DOts! i reminded her again and she said she don't understand ENglish. OH MY GOSH.. it is only to see 'A, B, C, D, E, F' .. Neber mind.. i understand that my parents are weird people.. They arent keen about seeing our results! HAHA

My 34th mth Anniversary with Wei Der! (2 years 10mths) Went to the Grand Cathay to watch "Mr Bean Hols". First time to the biggest theatre in Cathay! wei der said it's nicer than GV max. erms.. i don't tink so lahs..









It was a Thursday, but it was full house by 4 plus (for 7 35pm movie). Luckily we have chosen our seats via internet. hehes.









The movie was disgustingly funny. i love the part where he took the boy to 'jie tou mai yi'. funny sehs!










Received a ULTRA GOOD NEWS from my letter box. My coursemate said that is one step closer to my BIG wish! By beginning of Apr, i will receive another 2 letters. Hope one will be good news.











IMAGINE i will be in Thailand when the letter is dropped into my letter box. MY GOSH~ i told my mum to open it for me and 'long-distance' call me.. but she said she dunno how to read English.. dots! SCARY SEHS!









i am been having nightmares of the letters placed on my bed after i came back from Thailand. And the most fearful thing is to open them. SHIT man.








26th mar -


Went out with Ying! Window Shopping!






We ended up making rounds in Shopping malls not browsing through things, but chatting. Lots and lots of chatting! HAHA

We both agreed on something: 1 praise could let us be happy for a moment but 1 hurtful word could left us thinking about it for few days and even to a couple of weeks. nu ren ah nu ren~

So i decided to praise more people from today onwards. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Redeemed a blouse ($35) from 77th Street. My points in the card are expiring this April and i just need to get something for free there. hahas. i didnt know i had $39.44 in my card until i saw the receipt. i still have a balance of $4.44 . Is it a hint? i am going Thailand next week and the number '444' appeared in front of me.

had a date with ying and shellen to orchard.

watched 'Music and Lyrics' with them at Cine. i haven gone to cine for a incredibily long time! i realised that it was a place to shop too! i always had a phobia that the spiderman will fall one day whenever i go up the escalator.









that was the nicest movie i seen recently. hilarious and romantic. Conclusion: Ang Mohs are all so beautiful and handsome! my thought of being an ang moh haven ease since my poly days! i only told this thought to ting and daniel but now i decided to open up to u girls.. hahas..








My mum bought a new cupboard for my tv to be placed onto and threw away the old one. And all these letters i placed in the drawer of the old cupboard got messy in a big plastic bag dumped in my room!







So my letter all 'moved house' and the labourer is me! i looked through some of them and realised one single thing, All of us girls have grown up!
Cant believe we wrote them.. the content of every letter is very child-like.. hahas!





Ling liked to put stickers and wrote beautifully on cute letter pads.
Ying liked to put in effort to decorate and draw characters on the letters.
Miao liked to give colorful envelopes with different colored pens.
Shellen liked to give small envelopes and many cute expressions that others wont tink of.






Driving lessons have been bad. i haven improve much and my instructor seemed so worried. i really need to buck up! but i really dunno how other than revising my advanced theory again and discussing some traffic situations and reactions with wei der. if only there's some car for me to practise on..







Halfway through, i nearly gave up. i told my mum and she said it was so unlike me. she said that she will sponsor me $150 once more if i failed my first practical driving test.






wei der said all depends on my judgement and feelings! he also said i must like the car just like my passion for maths. he tinks it is like a maths problem.







i disagree!! maths requires lots of practice. i worked hard and kept solving till i got the right answer. but driving is different. no matter how hard i try, it seemed so unfamiliar to me.







BUT.. i have already spent $500.. there is no way back now.. i could only breathe in.. tell myself repeatedly that i can do it and not give up..!! JIA YOU JIA YOU JIA YOU!

15th mAr--

Went to watch 'The Messager" with Jia Yun and Maggie.. we wanted to watch "Norbit" or "Epic Movie" but they were both down! then maggie has watched "Happily Never Ever" while i watched "i'm a cyborg, but that's ok" and "Just follow law" already..





that left "Dream girls", "The Messager", "Hearty Paws", "300", "Blood and chocolate".. (i knew them by heart cos i watched 3 movies this week)




Since the rest doesn't have a suitable time slot and jia yun liked horror movies, i gave in. i paid $8 and only watched an hour out of the 2 hours movie. Maggie and i were covering our eyes with her jacket.. hahas. we tot of using 2 nachos to cover our eyes too!


Well.. no one died! happy ending! i liked it!








then we went shopping. maggie was really nice. she helped me search for my prom stuff. i bought another pair of high heels at DMK as i kept thinking that the previous one i bought from Ice Lemon Tea doesn't suit my dress. then i bought the pink handbag to suit my pink heels to suit my black + pink dress to suit my choker!









Maggie loves to eat. she can really eat lots! ice cream is a neccesity for her everyday..
and she will neber get fat. so i cant be best friends with her. i dont want to keep growing fat while she stays the same.. ;P








i had eggs and cup noodles at home, then noodle omelet at PS, nachos combo at GV PS, tom yam ramen and tori yaki at ajisen. broke and full~ she could even suggest more food to eat!! scary sehs..







the last thing is.. i hope.. really hope that my wish will come true.. i have worked very hard towards my goal.. if it doesn't come true, all i could say is i have tried and done my best.. However, HIGH HOPES = HIGH DISAPPOINTMENT. so i dont dare to even think about it now!!

Went out with joanne, ting and her bf!


Intention: Prom night stuff


i didnt intend to buy my prom dress so quickly. i walked into many shops. Some of the dresses are nice. i like 1 in fOrever 21. but it doesn't suit me when i wear it. SaD! ting kept asking us to try them on if we like it. but i didnt dare to as i will feel some pressure to buy (u know, those shops with only 1 sales girl).. hahas.. but there is 1 dress which caught my eye once ting showed it to me. i know i need to try it on and get it~ i diD! it was at sales price $39.90. A great deal~





14th mar-

Went to Xue's 2nd bday celebration~ dragged miao and ying to give opinions on my accessories for prom night. miao even persuaded me to put on my prom dress to see if it suits the necklace i want to buy! i was so shy that i didnt dare to go out of the changing room!






i told them that a customer in PastaMania said i resemble Ella.. hahas.. that's the first time anyone said thAt! i will take it as a compliment then! hahas~





we watched 'I'm a Cyborg, but that's ok'. (Cyborg = sign board?) i dunno how to pronounce the word 'Cyborg' so no one didnt dare to buy the tickets. hahas. but the bravest maine bought for us. it's been a long time since i ever bought tickets for $7!!









got my exam results liAo~ i passed my higher maths!! woOoo hUuuu~ got a 'D+' but after i saw my GPA, i knew the subject is counted in my 1st transcript! got a feeling of being cheated.. SAD~.. Alot of us tot that it wont affect our GPA.. HaisS!!







But wei der treated me to a bottle of Heineniken to celebrate! then i realised that i cant swallow beer. must drink bit by bit..~ hAhas!







We are still going Thailand on 3rd of April~! (Regardless of the bombings!) Can buy more things for u girls liaoS! cos my classmates are going with me so i need not to buy soveniours for them.. but u all must pray for my safety there k?? hehes. i don want to die so young!!

7th Mar --


Went Vivo City with miao, xue and ying.


We Went Marshay to eat our dinner. it was my 3rd time there. the 1st time i didnt eat anything. the second time was wei der order for me. this time i had to order it myself. A GrEAT sense of insecurity!! really dunno how to order! HahAs! Ying and i were so scared there! :P







was with ying and miao earlier. we each bought a dress at Nichii fashion city. i was not really browsing through then miao and ying took some clothes to try on. so miao picked a dress for me and asked me to try on. i think they were scared that i had to wait for them. well.. it turned out to be them waiting for me instead!! i realised that they had craze for dresses these days!!




8th mar --

Wei der's bday!

i asked him to choose a nice restuarant for us to dine in. i told him it's my treat. but he only wanted to eat "Sotong, Pang Heh (Sting Ray) and Satay" at Whampoa. DOTS!! His fren works there. i wanted to wear something nice for the date. but shirt and shorts is the only outfit i could wear to WHampoA!!
well.. the food turned out to be nice.. i lOve SotongS!

FINALLY MY EXAMS ARE OVER! :)





went watching 'Prestige' with Wei Der. His Master card went for polishing and couldnt book tickets online. (I tink it's too much a hazzle to apply for any further cards so...) i had to be his ATM these days too. hAhas. We went to Plaza Sing and it was a fairly long quene.






Before i could stop him, he went to the toilet once we started to quene. My anger went up when it's going to be my turn. HE HASN'T COME BACK and "SELLING FAST" was flashing on the screen. i wanted to discuss with him if there were any other movie we could watch. BUT he took my hp and only my wallet is with me. to my disappointment.. once i got to the counter.. the lady said the tickets were sold out. i marched up to outside the toilet to find him.






he didnt appear and once i got back to the ticketing booth, i saw him and cried. that was too much a disappointment for me. it was the last day of my exams. i wanted so much to watch a movie. YET he couldn't 'REN' a little to quene up with me. i took the chance to say he always make mi anxious by going off to look at other things when we are quening in supermarkets, shops.. he always took my wallet and hp and wandered off.. luckily everything were solved by the AXS machine.






We then go watch in Marina Square. i became back to normal. then wei der said woman's emotions is always like a sine wave everyday.. extreme UPS and DOWNS.. HAHA..






went bugis with ling and ying the next day.. we took neo prints! and we recalled that the last one taken was during ying's bdae. about 6 months ag0! we were waiting outside the neo-print machine and happily chatting. then a girl behind screamed at us when we didn't hear her the first time, "there is nobody inside liaos!" WOWs. so rude. young girls are so rude now!





then once we came out of the machine waiting for our neo prints. A group of young girls kept staring at us. they tot we cut their quene. DIAOs!! RUDE so RUDE.







respect older girls pls! then went esplanade to watch some monks from China and drumists from Taiwan perform. it as wei der's mum's idea. i nearly slept. Although their WU Shu were impressive, i tink i dont have 'art' cells to enjoy this kind of 'art'. but i stayed awake becos of the $70 ticket. hehes.







Decide to put in more efforts to plan weider's bday this year. 8th of march. Haven been doing much for him many occasions cos of work.. school... no presents for him as well.. so this time got to make it BIG for him!! hahas!

then samuel drove us to punggol beach. i am so inspired by him!! A sotong like him can drive steadily! that gave so much hope for a sotong like me! maybe i can hope to pass my 1st driving test too.. 18th of may.. an important date to note.. hehes..








And pardon me to express some unhappy thoughts here...

When i start to dislike someone.. i will really continue to grow disliking him...








me being kind to u doesn't imply that u can say mean words to me.. embarrass me in front of everyone.. criticize me in order to have the 'laughing effect' from everyone..









i dont think that is being humourous. And i dont think it's funny too. Go look up the dictationary on 'HUMOUROUS'.. And i tink u haven brush your teeth since u were born, that's why your mouth stinks like crazy!!











i treated u as a friend, i did spare a thought for u all the time.. but what about U? u said u dont like people saying mean words to u, hurting u. u are easily hurt.. so equally am i..








ultimately.. i am just a girl.. a low self esteem girl i shld say.. not that everything u say any girl can take it.. i dunno about the rest of my frens but now i only knoe that i cant stand u.. u disgust me!!







i know u r just a coward who dont dare to be mean and offend fierce people.. so u come and disturb the weak nature me.. However, u are too idiotic to know that there's a limit in everyone.. now u have triggered that evil me that has been staying in my heart for that long.. i am fuming mad..






and i promised myself that next time u said something without them going through your brain twice, i will definitely hurt u back double~








wei der is so right.. he cant be with me and stand up for me all the time.. he said that i shld learn some vulgularitites so as to defend myself.. and that i cant please everyone all the time.. Why should i put myself into your shoes when u dont? i have to go home feeling hurt and upset by u..

my frens have passed their driving tests! both of them, daniel and samuel. in May, i really hope si ting and i passed at the first trial too.







daniel's dad bought him a car and he took us out for a spin that thurs. we get to sit in our fren's car.. at 1st we were rather worried about our lives, tying seat belts, sitting tight.. but luckily he seemed steady. hahas. he took us to 'the prata place' at kallang bahru and then to the fish farm at pasir ris to watch fishes. i always thought that fish farm will have entrance fee.. but no!! there isn't..








he got lost and drove us to somewhere called 'the devil's bend' which is near the zoo. we saw lots of cute monkeys!!







had my valentine dinner at bugis swedsens! when i sat down, the manager suddenly gave me flowers together with a heart shape balloon. i was so shocked! thought that every girl who visited the restuarant would have them!! and he pointed at wei der.. then i slowly realised what was happening..






he went to the florist and asked them to send to swedsens at 8pm.. then he told the manager to keep the for him till we arrived. hehes.



we had 5 main courses:

1. strawberry sodas
2. prawn salad
3. seafood combo
4. mushroom and sausage baked rice
5. chocolate ice cream cake





nearly vomited! hahas. didnt have the energy to finish them so forced myself cos don want to waste money!! pay to suffer sehs.. hehes.

and ya.. 2 ex tp students held their wedding in TP outside lecture hall 27. we passed by them that very day and almost wanted to attend the wedding for free food! (wanted to anyhow get to know people there).. they are featured in our Engineering TP magazine too. hehes.

went to see the dentist Ling introduced to me. He didn't extract my tooth in the end.The staff there and Ling also persuaded me not to as i may regret it in the future. The dentist said the same thing as ling told me: do braces! he wrote me a referral letter to NUH to get my braces done. he said the braces there are the cheapest in Singapore ($2500) for 2 & 1/2 yrs. and i dont have to wait that long too. ... well... i'm not so sure.. maybe i will do them 1 day.. maybe 1 yr later i have some savings to do them? hope so!!











then Ling gave me a sensodye toothbrush. it has a very small head. so cool! i went to her house to take it but she wasn't at home. So her mum took it for me. she said she couldn't really recognise me and that i changed. oh really? i didnt realised that.. but maybe cos she hasn't seen mi for 2 years liaos.



















it was New year's eve. i went to watch fireworks with wei der at marina square. i rejected maggie's invitation to go count down and she was blocking me all the way to go home from my workplace. hahas. but the fireworks was pretty awesome! i was pretty disappointed last Aug that i didnt manage to catch one of those firworks. but this time i did, so near that the burnt smell could be smelled from there!












some of the marina square outlets were opened still. we shared an ice cream bought from 1 jap restuarant. i forgot the name, next time tell ya guys again. we bought 2 flavours: banana chocolate and strawberry mixed with blueberry! i like the banana choc more. the ice cream cone is squarish and the whole ice cream looks like what the statue of liberty holds. we sat down outside Topshop to eat it and blocking the crowd's way. hahas.




And half of my mind was thinkin about the poor ice cream girl keep scooping up ice cream for the long quene. her hands must be sore by then.













New Year!! a girls day out! it was supposed to be 8 girls: me, Sui lin, Yvonne, Haze, Li Jun, Maggie, Jia Yun and Elaine.. and only 4 girls turned up. DOTS! watched 'Night at the museum' again. it was my 1st first time watching a movie for a 2nd time. laughed harder again, making my nachos spilled all over me. hahas.









:) school is starting! uncomplete 3 projects... oh sad... .. and oh ya... if ya girls can, come to my school on the 18th, 19th or 20th jan kz? to support us!! hehes.

had my mint chocolate and tiramisu ice cream with wei der at taka! so nice.. much nicer than mi and ting had in thailand~ u girls shld go try too! taka B2 opposite haagen daas.

wei der showed me his photos taken in the past. 0ne of them was him taking photos with 2 frenz in malaysia.. and he was wearing shorts with socks pulled up all the way. so NERDY! and the other 1 which made an impression was him and his ex gf's photo. u remember the past guys liked to keep centre parting and their front hair (fringe) dyed? he kept that kind of hair and i almost fainted, laughed till faint.. u name it...








watched 3 movies in a week


1) Watched 'Night at the Museum' with ling they all on xmas' eve. it was a midnight movie and halfway thru i tot i would neber live to finish watching. it was abt this guy who is always job hopping and because of that got divorced. his son is disappointed in him all the while.. till he got this job as a security guard in the museum. All things came alive and he got into all sorts of trouble. His love for his son made him a better person and leader! very funny. i like the 2 tiny men. they are so cute!






Before that we went to the street opp bugis to have our steamboat dinner.. ling and i were too full to eat. we spent $18 each just to keep talking non-stop. we xchanged presents -- ling bought me a coin pouch, ying bought me a paper holder and a stick notepad. i love them all. i bought them panties. HAHA.

2) Watched 'Death Note 2' with wei der on post xmas day after my hair cut. i cant tell all of u wat is abt. i know most of u want to watch! i can say it is an interesting story plot. Unexpected ending! i guess once a person has a certain power to control every0ne else, he will be more & more wicked.











i was sitting beside 2 girls in the cinema and heard them saying that the comics has not been finished.. thus, the ending of the movie was made up. and also, 'Death Note 1' was much fast forwarded as they started Kira as a Uni student. (the comics started him as a college student).. Well.. luckily the movie ended smoothly.. :)















3) watched 'The Holidays' with maggie last nite. actually she wanted to watch 'night at the museum' but it was full house that nite. but 'the holidays' is also not bad.. tells about 2 upset, heartbroken girls switched houses and lead different lives in a 2 weeks holidays.. got over their heart break and found a new love.. ;P



maggie bought 4 cakes from secret recipe for us. i have eaten 1.. i have neber heard of 'marshmallow chocolate' flavour.. HeavenlY nice! but also expensive sehs. $4.90 per cake.













been down in luck lately. not to mention most neccessary daily products run out, i also missed the last bus on last tues, the last train on last wed.. then mon my cashier drawer short $20, wed short $23.. i dunno why also.. mybe i am too tired liaos... but boss is paying for my $23 loss. guilty sehs.. SAD..

yest ester called me. the ger who once admired my bro. hahas. she talked to me for about 2 hrs. she needed my advice as she said i am very OLD.. i know that she was in e year 1990. me 1987. i used to be xiao mei mei everywhere i go. now my workplace has so many 1990s ppl.. really feel so OLD!










i was really glad after hearing some of the things jeremy told her. (jeremy is my colleague who wants to be an air steward but he's only my height). i always thought that the whole pastamania crew was too blind to see the right from wrong. finally there's 1 who can differentiate it. i tot that everyone thinks it's my fault. everyone thinks i am a bit**. and i tot that no one would know wat really did happen. HAHAHA.












he said that i'm strong to overcome all this, against all odds. well.. actually i'm not.. i'm just pretending to be.. once or twice, i really really want to quit.. like i 've said in my previous blog, i am silent but evil.. scary right? hahas... still, even if i could turn back time, i would still do the same thing i did before. trust me, i would neber do things to hurt anyone.. especially wei der..

went xmas shopping! bought the almost same kind of things for all my ger frenz~ Orchard Road is hectic. lots of quenes everywhere!







wei der went to eat the Chicken Snail Sausage at the German Swiss Sausage Bar in Taka! the sausage was curled up like a snail's shell.. i was not very keen about eating it.. Snails freaked mi out! so he bluff me that the sausage is made from chicken meat but looked like a snail. and i cant believe that i believed him~ i ate 2 pieces and then he confessed that he lied!!

ling is sharing with me xmas cards. 30 for $19.90. i got 15 for $9.90.then i felt like i got cheated.. cos i just got for wei der 10 cards for $8.20.. and ling's cards are much much nicer.. kill me pls somebody~

and ya.. if u r my and ling's fren, u may have to receive same cards from us.. HAHA..

and my 1st driving lesson.. fun and my instructor is really nice.. i cant believe i am holding the steering wheel now.. i made rounds around the ubi driving centre... learning when to slow down, accelerate and turn properly.. looking forward to my 2nd lesson..!!

boSs said Maggie and i are 'broke back mountain' (lesbians). In the past, he would always tell maggie, 'ah ya u no chance le lahs.. huijin got bf one lehs.' that kind of thing.. but ever since that day maggie becos she wants to see me, she worked full shift~ 10am - 10 30pm. supposingly, she was working morning and me evening. And she bent all the way down to hug me once she saw me.. (she stands at 169cm for your info) and said she missed me!! from then now, i have become bisexual in my colleagues' eyes!











will be having a xmas dinner buffet with our lecturer this coming friday. he is a vegetarian and so we are going to have a vegetarian buffet. heard that over a 100 dishes will be served at this hotel. i forgot the name. will tell ya again. but .. i was still worrying that i may not even eat 10 dishes that day. my first time spending $18++ for emptying my stomach instead of filling it. wish me luck man!








this whole term break week i have a couple of things on..

mon - my 1st driving lesson with Mr Lim at Ubi & then meet Ling at central
wed - watching xmas lights with wei der and buying presents
thurs - watching 'A Night in the Museum' with Maggie
fri - go back to school & xmas buffet
sun - xmas dinner with ling and all
