I am terribly sorry for the HUGE photos! LOLS!
I am trying out and learning new things on blogging. :) But my attempt failed!
Please forgive the young inexperienced lass. lols! I hope i didnt scare u!
I have loads and loads of photos to show and they are all HUGE! They went out of hand. (zou huo ru mo) lols. Sorry! The next post will have smaller photos i promise. Please continue to read my blog. I promise to still introduce good places i went to or interesting things i did.



First of all, just want to say I am quite emo about going to school everyday, including weekends. :( The meaning of school holidays is no school. Going to school really defeats the purpose of school holidays.



So if u see a girl blasting her ipod touch music, standing in the train looking super downcast and in the daze from S'goon to Pioneer, don't be afraid to say hi! U will definitely cheer my day up. lols.




I had a horribly scary week. Since Prof and the pHD students are going to attend a conference in the US next week, I had to rush out some results for my pHD student to present. That includes coming up with a matlab code to run the curve fitting. I spent a day thinking and solving it. OMG! Wanna give up at 12 midnight but just cannot forgive myself! If i didnt solve, i will not sleep! And tata~ at 2am, i managed to get something i wanted. Maybe someone else could have got it in a few hours, but i got it after a whole day. OMG.





The next day, my phd student asked me to amend to perfect it, and i could have died thinking about it. lols! I slept at 2am again after i finally solved it. Woke up at 6am the next day to do my slides to present to Prof. Was really emo, again. lols. Thus, at the meeting, Bi Han and I were pretty stoned. So funny.




I am really appreciative that Simba and Bi Han are so encouraging. :) Thanks Bi Han for always listening to me and going home with me after the meetings! Love ya.



Today is a lazy Saturday. I decided not to go to school lols! Rebellious kid. haha. Simba is out with his friends for bowling, then games at his friend's house and then dinner. :P
One of his friends who organised the outing mass send a message sth like, "Hey guys, let's meet at .... xx cannot come cos meet gf." Super suan! Luckily, i always let simba go their gatherings. If not, they sure have a bad impression of me.





So.. i spent today watching youtube videos, figuring out my fyp stuff, packing my room & uploading photos. I found quite a few nice videos. Tell ya in my next entry :P
I only packed my table for an hour and gave up for the day. too much work lols. I usually only packed the few hours before my friends come and visit during Chinese New Year period lols.

He even remembered the names of the shots he treated me, Joanne and Ting the last time we went Zouk-ing.

The moment he saw Chia Liang, he said he has grown alot alot fatter!
The cute thing about my poly friends is that all of us are very honest with one another. lols! I looked so tall between them. Think they will have to grow taller. :P

Now at k box! It's actually Teo Heng at Katong Shopping Centre.
Chia Liang's fiancee told me that Teo Heng has upgraded & the system has improved by a big margin. Cool! We only paid $8 each.

While waiting for simba to wake up the next morning lols. I haven't got enough of singing k box, so asked simba to accompany me for another k box session the next afternoon. :)

We went to Chinatown. And the xmas decos are not down yet.

Simba was drawn to the huge poster inside of Chinatown Point. lols!
It is the Taiwan Tornado's crew coming to Sg. Simba has been a loyal fan of Tornado since its episode 50 to present (i think episode 300+).
When he is busy, he will record it down and watch it another day.

On the other hand, I am pretty amused by how much content an episode can contain.
A scene can last for an episode! I only watched 3 episodes.
One is when this guy wants to kill this wicked woman with his gun in their wedding and they talked for an episode, and she is still not killed. lols :P

Once we were ushered into the room, we were very amazed by its size. It's pretty big to have only 2 persons in it. They have a new ordering songs system too.

The k box staff kept on promoting the food,
so simba ordered the scallop with fries ($10++) so our bill amounts to about $50. hahas.

It's kind of gassy (look at the many bubbles) and even though i don't usually take gassy drinks, i make it an exception this time.

The busy Chinatown reminds us of the upcoming CNY.
I love CNY! I love steamboats and the plenty of food stocked up in my house.
And in this special year, i love all the rabbits deco. :P

In the streets of Chinatown. Last year simba and i didn't visit Chinatown for New Year goods. We went in 2009. And this year i wanna go again!! (since i missed the xmas atmosphere cos of exams)!

And.. after my fyp meeting yesterday.. Simba and I went to DFS in the hope to look for Ying. She is working there to promote Lancome products and i was hoping that she can introduce me some good ones. Hehes. But she wasn't there. Hence, we went to Far East to have dinner. And we saw her! She was having her dinner break.

After accompanying her for awhile, we went to Ramen Ten to have our dinner.
I was talking to Bi Han the day before about Ramen Ten and have the craze to go :P Used to go there since i really heart the food there. Especially Tom Yum seafood ramen.

We ordered a value set for $17.90++ (main course, drink, side dish & dessert)

Then we went shopping for new year clothes!
I went Zara, New Look, Max & Moore, Isetan, River Island & Top Shop but couldn't find anything i like. Simba seemed to always find everything he likes in TopMan.
This time, he chose a pink striped shirt which i highly recommend him to buy.
And I really really want to go Editor's Market! :P
Though simba's legs are breaking, we walked from Ion to Cineleisure (MY HEAVEN!).
I dunno why my legs won't ache when i go shopping! I just love it. :)

I wanna buy 3 items! I took a VERY long time & simba sat on one of the chairs. lols. He hung the clothes i intended to try on his fingers. Totally look like my clothes hanger.

I love how simba loves shopping too, so he is never one of the glum boys sitting in a girls' shop with their folded arms.

After the Editor's Market, I found a shop near it that has the coolest clothes ever! I swear k!
It's called Furr Muse. The designers were all in the shop serving as salesgirls and salesboys. They are probably in their late twenties and are young & bubbly entrepreneurs.I love how they bring out their own designed clothes by simply wearing them. They looked so cool, so pretty, so handsome and so TALL! I LOVE ALL THEIR CLOTHES, their style is very very very very nice!
Simba immediately bought one long-sleeved shirt at $89 after he tried it on. Omg, i am going to buy all of them when i start working!
