Simba brought me to USS on 29th May. Was our first visit there and I was really thrilled. :D
I know many of u have gone there, so let me remind u of where u have been!
Also i promised Simba to blog about this asap! He has been hurrying me!
So here is part one:
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
Simba was stunned that i dressed more formally than him. He even initiated that he should go home and changed! He said USS is going to be so exposed to the sun and thought that he wore the right attire. And he was right. The sun burned me when i reached.
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
Simba secretly booked the tickets online and only told me the day before we are going there!
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
The staff welcomed us and scanned our printed ticket.

The moment we went in we saw Kungfu Panda! :D
We were surprised by how systematic and orderly the staff has led us to be. I was so glad that one of them would stay there and help to take photos. Simba was really excited about our first photo with a character! He kept checking back this photo from my camera!
The way Kungfu Panda posed was so cute! I want to be a mascot too to bring joy to people around me! But i guess.. I can't be Kungfu Panda. I think a taller person is required to fit into it. :( I am a head shorter than it!
My bag looked heavy. It was! I brought clothes to change since i had tuition earlier.

We walked a little downstreet. And it was the Dark Room! I saw from Facebook that other friends always find Frankenstein here :D

We passed by the Betty Boop store too!
I have a friend who thinks that I look like Betty Boop. -_-"

I didn't know why Simba tried to look as though he was in pain but failed. I also didn't know why I smiled instead of looking scared.

1st stop: China Hollywood
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
And we were so lucky! We saw the male duck taking photos with the visitors and while running up to queue, the female duck joined in the picture! We were the 2nd last before the staff stopped the people from taking photos and escort the ducks back.
I dunno the name of these ducks.
The male duck seemed so friendly with Simba! Maybe Simba looked very nice so the male duck dared to offend him by covering his eyes when the photo was taken. I kept my eyes on the ducks when they took photos with the people queuing before us and the male duck seemed not so mischievous :D. The female duck was abit shy so it just placed its arms over me.
I was happily posing and wondered why the staff laughed. And he suddenly shouted, "One more shot!" I was still thinking it must be our lucky day. Like i wrote in Facebook, everyone else was only allowed one turn but we got two.
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
For the second photo, i simply shifted my head a little since the female duck was shy. I was also very shy! I did realised some huge commotion between Simba and the male duck! They seemed to be changing their poses every now and then! LOL. I really like this photo! Why is it that it must make a 007 sign on Simba? So cute!
Then after this photo, I quickly took the camera and only then I realised what happened! :D
Simba blushed and said, "It just covered my eyes suddenly!"
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
The battlestar galactica battleship. I heard the "save me" screams from this far! Okay, I admitted that even by hearing those screams, I got scared too! (I didn't ride it!) It was very ironic since the last time Simba wanted to go USS, I said this roller coaster was closed and I said we should go after it was opened again!
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
Next stop: Madagascar! :D
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
Our first ride was the Madagascar carousel. It only required 5 minutes of waiting time.

From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
I rushed for the Giraffe Melman since Simba didn't have any preference about which character to ride on. (Okok, maybe he had but he just gave in to me!)
And the sad thing was, this photo displayed him riding on the Giraffe, instead of me!
I couldn't get onto it because it was too high. I tried my best already k! LOL. Hence, i switched places with him.
And so.. I rode on the ....

LION Alex!
Look at this photo and u know Simba took this photo of me while riding. I was so afraid that he may drop it!
Giraffe Melman was in the funnel-like thing! It was sick and thought that it was going to die and dug a hole to let itself die.

We thought by climbing up the stairs, it would definitely lead us to some secret scary passage. But the stairs stopped here, at this door with some computerized Ogre sounds. What a disappointment!

After seeing the description on the information board outside this castle, we queued up to go into it. I remembered the description was "This is a 4D Shrek Adventure presentation. You may get wet and the chairs may get rocky." Something like that. Simba had to look at every description board in case of any high speed rides which my heart cannot take.
Waiting time: 30 minutes

I watched almost every cartoon movie :D

Then a preview before we headed into the theater.
That i think is a brilliant idea! It is meant to reduce some boredom in the visitors while waiting.

Finally got in and put on our 3D glasses excitedly.
No photography was allowed throughout the show. :( That's good in a way that i wouldn't have pictures which contain spoilers if u haven't watch it.r
I can guarantee that the 30 minute waiting time was worth it. The show was great since it is 4D. The chairs will rock according to the flow of the show, water will splash on u (u will scream) and the spiders are really near u!
We were led into a Shrek souvenir shop after the show. Smart of the USS architectural designer!

Love Puss in Boots :D
Its movie is coming to screen soon. Yeah, the movie is called "Puss in Boots".

And after the show, Simba said we were just in time for the Boggie Dance and so we headed back.
"I like to move it move it...!"
I recorded a video on the dance but Blogger couldn't upload it! So angry!

Their dance! So cute! I like the first and the third cos they look so blur and short!
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
And after the Boggie Dance, the crowd dispersed but we stayed for photos with the Madagascar characters.
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
Gloria first. I can't be Gloria too. I need to wear a 30cm high heels if I want to go for an interview to be Gloria. Even if I got in, i have to dance the Boggie Dance with the high heels.
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
This is a very natural photo since when Simba followed the actions of one of the penguins, it turned to look at him. LOL. I hugged my favorite penguin! Despite this, I was disappointed since the staff didn't take a good photo of this. It is blur!
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
We were panicky when the staff announced that we only have 10 minutes for photo taking.
I scampered to join every queue!
Wonder why Simba didn't try to do anything funny in this photo?
He did but the staff shouted at him. Omg. Some of them were so fierce under stress.
Simba actually placed his right hand on the short penguin's head and the staff shouted very loudly that its head cannot be touched. It's so weird! May I ask why?
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
I dunno why Alex's expression did not change. Maybe it has suffered a cramp from smiling.
From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)

From Universal Studios (29th May 2011)
I bought a cup of red juice from this car for $4.50. OMG so ex! I thought it was watermelon but the staff told me it was fruit punch. It was utterly sweet and i regretted buying it immediately.

Another character!
The girl in front of us was so funny! She held onto this character's arms, lifted one of her legs and pretended to kiss him. The character still didn't smile! I think it's his job not to.
Omg. I'm just the height of his shoulder and Simba was under his sword.
Simba copied him by folding his arms and the staff laughed. I think it's because she thought of the phrase "Small house meets big house"! LOL.
